New Orleans Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY)

Louis Armstrong International Airport is located in Kenner, 11 miles northwest of downtown New Orleans.  Taxis from the airport to downtown New Orleans range from $30 – $35 per trip and are readily available upon your arrival to the Big Easy.

For out-of-town guests, rental cars are not necessary as everything is within walking distance.

BY CAR

New Orleans is located off of I-10, regardless if coming westbound or eastbound.

To Country Inn & Suites
Coming from the West or New Orleans Louis Armstrong International Airport:
– Take 1-10 East exiting onto Poydras Street
– Turn left onto Camp Street
– Turn right onto Gravier Street
– Turn right on Magazine Street
– Country Inn & Suites is located 1/2 block on the right.

Coming from the East:
– Take I-10 West exiting on Canal Street
– Turn right onto Canal Street
– Turn right onto Magazine Street
– Country Inn & Suites is located 2 1/2 blocks on the right.
